Description:

A Julia-based Bayesian analysis based on the Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV) line list, the 52-case 2012 Isiro outbreak in Haut-Uélé, DRC, originally published by Rosello et al. (2015) in eLife. The analysis fits Gamma, lognormal, and Weibull distributions to four delay components. Stratified case fatality risk estimates are also produced. Outputs include posterior CSVs, figures, and a rolling HTML documentation site regenerated on every push. The underlying line list data is sourced from the Rosello et al. supplementary file with programmatic outlier handling. A documented limitations file explicitly addresses data, model, inference, and generalizability caveats.
