The repository is an actively maintained GitHub repository aggregating epidemiological, geospatial, and operational data for the 2026 Bundibugyo Ebolavirus (BDBV) outbreak in the DRC, led by the Institut National de Recherche Biomédicale (INRB) and Institut National de Santé Publique (INSP) in collaboration with the University of Oxford and Northeastern University. Data are compiled from multiple sources, including WHO weekly situation reports, INSP daily sitreps, ACLED conflict data, IOM internal displacement matrices, Flowminder mobile-phone movement estimates, GRID3 and Healthsites.io health facility data, OSRM road travel time matrices, WorldPop population rasters, and cross-border movement reports. Processed outputs are merged into a versioned GeoJSON file covering 519 DRC health zones with 25 embedded vector layers.
