Description:

An R package developed by the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) as part of the Epiverse-TRACE initiative. The package contains a library of literature-extracted epidemiological parameter estimates for infectious diseases, including COVID-19, influenza, Ebola, dengue, measles, mpox, SARS, and Zika, covering multiple parameter types, including incubation period, serial interval, generation time, case fatality risk, and onset-to-hospitalization delays. The package also contains classes and helper functions to work with the data. Parameters are stored as probability distributions with associated metadata and citations.
