A publicly accessible repository of curated epidemiological parameter estimates, developed and maintained by the Epidemiological Parameters Community of Practice under the Collaboratory initiative. It includes epidemiological parameter estimates for Ebola, Lassa fever, Marburg, Measles, Mpox, SARS, and Zika. Parameters including reproduction numbers and human delay variables, such as serial intervals for example, intended to inform mathematical models and support public health decision-making. The website contains an API to access the data and a web application helping to view and download all the information and associated literature.
