A Python library for building, simulating, and fitting spatially-explicit metapopulation models of infectious disease. It uses a modular Geography-Populations-Movement (GPM) framework that separates disease dynamics, human movement, and geographic context into interchangeable components. The library automates data retrieval from public sources (Census, CDC, etc.), supports parameter estimation via particle filtering, and includes built-in visualization tools for time-series and geospatial outputs.
