PyRossGeo is a spatially resolved infectious disease modeling software that simulates epidemic spread across geographic regions by accounting for population movement and commuting patterns. The model tracks people traveling between locations, simulating transmission both at local nodes and during the commute itself with an age-contact structure. The model supports customizable compartmental frameworks (such as SIR, SEIR, and SEAIR) and has been validated using synthetic data on London.
