The University of Michigan Wastewater Monitoring Dashboard is an interactive public interface developed by the Wigginton–Eisenberg Lab, providing wastewater-based surveillance of SARS‑CoV‑2 and multiple other pathogens such as influenza A and B, RSV, norovirus, rotavirus, adenovirus, hepatitis A, and mpox across multiples Michigan communities: Ann Arbor, Flint, Jackson, etc. The dashboard offers trend metrics, normalized pathogen levels, and catchment area maps, enabling users to monitor pathogen trends in near real-time, also specific places of interest, such as schools, rest areas, and childcare centers located within catchment areas (downloadable in CSV files). The dashboard also includes Google keyword search trends.
