The PAHO Malaria Surveillance Indicators contains data on the number of yearly cases, deaths of malaria in the PAHO regions. The data can be organized by "endemic" or "Malaria Free Certified" countries. The data is visible in a dashboard containing multiple epidemiological indicators, including yearly confirmed malaria cases (total, suspected, indigenous)and malaria-attributed deaths at country level. Detailed information is also available: Plasmonium species, classification (indigenous, imported, relapses, etc.), type of diagnostic (microscopy test, etc.), Annual Parasite Index (API), etc. Data is downloadable in different formats including CSV and XLSX or PDF.
