The UGA-PIPP project is a Python-based knowledge graph framework specifically designed to integrate and analyze ecological, epidemiological, and geographical data related to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI). By combining diverse datasets—such as host species taxonomy, pathogen information, and geographic distribution—into a unified Neo4j graph database, it enables network-based exploration of host-pathogen relationships and potential transmission pathways at the population level. The project provides a pre-built Neo4j database dump for easy restoration, as well as numerous dataset results available as CSV files. The project requires Neo4j to be installed.
