Epydemix is an open-source Python package for flexible and data-driven epidemic modeling. It provides tools to create, calibrate, and analyze epidemic models. It can be used with "epydemix-data" to load population and contact matrix data. The package can perform parameter inference and model calibration through comparison between observed and simulated data using Approximate Bayesian Computation (ABC) techniques.
