EpiInvert is a software tool that applies variational techniques to address some issue as the seasonal-trend daily incidence curve decomposition or the estimation of the functional relationship between epidemiological time series. It also contains method to correct the bias from delays and irregularities in reported case data (like festive days for example). EpiInvert also proposes a learning method for short-term forecasting of epidemic trends.
