The nCov2019 R package, developed in January 2020, is a comprehensive tool for accessing and analyzing global COVID-19 data. It retrieves real-time case data from Worldometers, historical data from the Johns Hopkins University CSSE, and vaccine and therapeutics information from RAPS, all through the disease.sh API. The package includes a Shiny web application for interactive data visualization, allowing users to explore trends without writing code. Originally hosted on GuangchuangYu/nCov2019, the updated version supports a broader range of data sources and types.
