The PAHO Zika Brazil data page provides weekly surveillance data on Zika virus cases in Brazil from 2015 to 2018 from Health Information Platform for the Americas (PLISA). This dataset includes cases reported by each Brazilian state and, in some instances, by municipalities. It offers incident case and rate and cumulative case counts. Also present are graphics depicting temporal and geographic trends of the Zika outbreak across the country. The data can be visualized and download in different format.
Pan American Health Organization no longer provides access to the data set. The image below represents an archived version of when the data set was accessible.
