The epipredict R package provides a modular forecasting "framework" for creating epidemiological forecasts. It includes a set of pre-built models and also supports the development of custom models tailored to specific forecasting needs. Epipredict is designed to integrate seamlessly with epiprocess, which handles data preprocessing. Together, they streamline the pipeline from raw surveillance data to actionable forecasts. Epipredict is developed by the Delphi Group at Carnegie Mellon University.
