EpiPop is a web-based simulator developed by the GLEAM Project to model and visualize the spread of infectious diseases in metapopulation networks. It allows users to design compartmental models that simulate disease transmission dynamics across sub-populations. The sub-population network (number of nodes, connections, fluxes of individuals connecting them, etc.) can also be defined by the user. The engine allows for the simulation of different intervention strategies including vaccination campaigns, distribution of antiviral drugs. The platform allow to run simulations, download the output in a JSON file format, and also provides interactive visualizations of disease progression over time. The EpiPop platform leverages on the experience of the GLEAM project (https://www.gleamproject.org/) and has been developed by ISI Foundation together with Northeastern University.
