The PAHO FluNET website provides data on influenza (including subtypes), RSV, and SARS-CoV-2 (including data on other respiratory viruses for example Adenovirus) across the Americas at country level, with weekly updates on case counts, positivity rates. FluNet is a global web-based tool for influenza virological surveillance collecting virological data, for example number of influenza viruses detected by subtype. The dashboard also contains testing statistics including sample numbers and positivity rates, virus distribution st country level since 2010. The dashboard contains multiple tabs containing different view allowing to explore the data by locations, by year, in a graph or table, etc. and allowing comparison between country, years, viral subtypes, etc.
