The Respiratory Virus Snapshot contains multiple dataset about respiratory virus activity in Alaska for influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). The webpage contains visualization and link to download CSV files containing: lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19, Flu and RSV by week and by region; season comparison of cases since 2019-2020 season for COVID-19 and Flu and since 2021-2022 for RSV; virus variant information for FLU with lab-confirmed flu type in Alaska for the current season; and emergency department visits statewide by week.
