The data is coming from the ArboNET, a national arboviral surveillance system managed by CDC and state health departments. The data contains information about human and non-human activity, all disease and neuroinvasive disease cases. The data contains: the cumulative number of cases per year and per human and non-human activity, all disease and neuroinvasive disease cases status at national (hospitalization and death data available), state and county level, weekly and demographic (age group and sex) data at national level are also available.
