This GitHub repository is the data repository associated with the 2023 CDC West Nile virus Forecasting Challenge. This forecasting challenge is open and has for goal to predict monthly West Nile virus (WNV) neuroinvasive disease cases in U.S. states during 2023. The repository contains: (1) monthly forecast reports in pdf, they contains the aggregate submissions from modeling teams, an ensemble, historical and baseline data. (2) Modeling forecasts publicly available under different terms and licenses. (3) WMV data available by request for participant and link to environmental data.
