SeroTracker is a knowledge hub that tracks and synthesizes findings from SARS-CoV-2 serosurveillance efforts worldwide and updated weekly. They provide a systematic synthesis of SARS-CoV-2 serosurveillance projects by screening peer-reviewed articles, preprints, government reports, and media articles to identify the prevalence estimates. The projects are summarize in a table by source, study location and dates, organization conducting the study, sample size, seroprevalence reported with Confidence Interval (CI), assay used, sample sex and age inclusion, some information about the population, risk of bias (using the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Guidelines for Prevalence studies), sampling method and a link to the study. The projects can also be visualize in a map or with tools to filter seroprevalence data by country or factor by aggregating all seroprevalence estimates that match the filters specified.
