The Genomic Epidemiology of Monkeypox Dashboard contains phylogenetic trees that can be displayed by clades, sampling dates, genotypes, regions, countries, hosts, genomic composition, etc of the monkeypox virus. The output is visible with a phylogenic tree, on a map, and with a graph of sequence diversity and is available in multiple languages. The phylogenetic tree (NEXUS, NWK, SVG) and the metadata (TSV) are downloadable in multiple formats. Link to curated sequences and metadata, andpPairwise alignments with Nextclade against the reference sequence MPXV-M5312_HM12_Rivers, insertions relative to the reference, and translated ORFs are also available The data here focuses on recent viruses transmitting from human-to-human and includes viruses belonging to the hMPXV1 clade as denoted by Happi et al. They conduct a molecular clock analysis in which evolutionary rate is estimated from the data (with a resulting estimate of ~6 × 10-5 subs per site per year).
