This GitHub repository contains dated records of curated Mpox cases in a linelist format from the 2022 outbreak (April - September) and in a timeseries format, a data dictionary, in JSON and CSV files. The linelist contains information on travel, contact, demographics, location, symptoms, outcome.
The repository contains also monkeypox datasets with case data from the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the European Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
