This R package download statistical number of the Wuhan 2019-nCov cases to provide convenient access to epidemiological data on the coronavirus outbreak. The R package contains tools to query the database, get the data, and visualize the data in a map or in a shiny app. The database contains detailed real-time statistics from Tencent (https://news.qq.com/zt2020/page/feiyan.htm), but also it offers access to other data sources with detailed daily statistics at country, province and city level for China from: Wuhan-2019-nCoV GitHub repository (https://github.com/canghailan/Wuhan-2019-nCoV), National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, DXY.cn (https://ncov.dxy.cn/ncovh5/view/pneumonia). The package extracts also worlwide data, at country level data from the Wuhan-2019-nCoV GitHub repository . It collects historical province level data for South Korea, United States, Japan, Iran, Italy, Germany and United Kingdom from 今日头条 (https://i.snssdk.com/ugc/hotboard_fe/hot_list/template/hot_list/forum_tab.html; since 2020-03-15).
